WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT KDS 100?

This program is unlike my Operator Program, as this program has an emphasis for each day.

Each workout combines calisthenics, weight training, and high intensity METCONS that will yield overall health, strength, and endurance.

I wanted to give you my own personal fitness routine through this program.

These workouts will be challenging, but you will walk away after each workout feeling incredible. I know this will benefit you not only physically but most importantly mentally, overall health is the long-term goal.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS 

To get full benefit from the K.D.S 100 you will need to have access to a fully functional gym as the majority of the workouts require gym equipment.

You can conduct this program in two ways: 5 days a week or you can do 3 days a week schedule. I know this program is going to benefit your overall health, train safe.
