30 Days of High Intensity Workouts

The K.D.S 100 has been developed through my 12 yeas of experience serving as a SEAL Operator. I combine my own training through proven high intensity workouts to give you a program that will set you apart from the rest.

This program is unlike my Operator Program, as this program has an emphasis for each day. Each workout combines:

✖️ Calisthenics

✖️ Weight training

✖️ And high intensity METCONS

that will yield overall health, strength, and endurance.

These workouts will be challenging, but you will walk away after each workout feeling incredible. I know this will benefit you not only physically but most importantly mentally, overall health is the long-term goal.

Program Requirements

To get full benefit from the K.D.S 100 you will need to have access to a fully functional gym as the majority of the workouts require gym equipment.

You can conduct this program in two ways: 5 days a week or you can do 3 days a week schedule.
