Operator Program Vol. 2: High Intensity Swimming

By popular demand I have developed this edition that focuses on swimming with my added touch.

As always I will go into detail as to how to properly conduct each workout.

  • It is preferred you have access to a functional fitness gym and a 25 yard or 25 meter pool, 50 meter is preferred.
  • You will also need mask, fins, and a kick board.

  • All workouts have the ability to be "scaled" to something else. If you are looking to add something unique to your training this volume is for you.

  • This program is meant to be conducted 3 times a week with the fourth day as a rest day.
