Operator Program Vol. 2: High Intensity Swimming
By popular demand I have developed this edition that focuses on swimming with my added touch.
As always I will go into detail as to how to properly conduct each workout.
It is preferred you have access to a functional fitness gym and a 25 yard or 25 meter pool, 50 meter is preferred.
You will also need mask, fins, and a kick board.
All workouts have the ability to be "scaled" to something else. If you are looking to add something unique to your training this volume is for you.
This program is meant to be conducted 3 times a week with the fourth day as a rest day.
